This is an English summary of our Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Process
- Your name, company name, phone number, address and cargo/shipment details shared with us by phone or WhatsApp,
- The truck type, temperature, loading city, destination country, load size, cargo details and loading time you enter in the quote form,
- IP address, browser information and clicks on phone/WhatsApp links collected through cookies while you use the website.
Quote form data is not stored on our servers; the form creates a WhatsApp message containing your information, and sending that message is under your control.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed to prepare price quotes, plan and perform the transport service, communicate with you and measure advertising performance, based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of KVKK: "establishment or performance of a contract", "legitimate interest of the data controller" and, where necessary, "explicit consent".
4. Cookies and Ad Measurement
Our website may use Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag.js). These tools use cookies to measure which searches and WhatsApp messages our ads lead to. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared only to the extent necessary to perform the service with our business partners (e.g. parties involved in delivery and customs procedures abroad), with authorised public bodies under legal obligations, and with Google LLC, from which we receive measurement services. Data processed within Google services may be processed on servers outside Türkiye.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing. You can send your requests in writing to the address above; requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
